Kenneth served as the President and General Manager of Rubbermaid Cleaning from 2002 to 2004.

He also served as Bernzomatic’s President and achieved 94% growth in consumer goods within two years from 2004 to 2006. He has held executive positions in other companies such as Newell Rubbermaid, Baja Motorsports, Techtronic Industries North America, Ace Hardware Corporation and True Value Hardware Corporation. He was appointed as the Senior Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer of True Value Hardware Corporation back in 2013. His expertise in building high-performance solutions enabled the company to increase its sales and recruit more clients.
